We recognize that art is an investment and we want to ensure you are happy with your canvas purchase!
Did your order arrive damaged?
Oh no, I'm so sorry about this!! Please email us at hello@thecaseyleigh.co with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and images of the damaged product.
We will replace the product at no cost to you, and you can dispose of the damaged artwork however you see fit.
I decided I need to exchange my purchase for another product. What do I do?
We want you to love your artwork, so we understand that sometimes an item arrives and doesn't fit exactly where or how you imagined. You are able to exchange your item for another item of equal or higher value. Please email us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss an exchange. Return shipment fees will be assessed on a case by case basis. We can not accept exchanges beyond 30 days of your purchase date.
Your artwork is custom!
Each order is shipped directly to you from our partners here in the United States, which means it was customized for your purchase and we are unable to offer refunds. We are grateful to be able to produce artwork with quality and integrity and we will work together to ensure you are happy with our service.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND MEMBERSHIPS
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer a refund. However, if you are a member, you are able to cancel at any time and we will not charge you in the future if you do such.
